Our house cold brew is a blend of Brazil and Ethiopia—it’s got a rich, syrupy body with a fudgey sweetness, and as it warms up, you’ll notice berry notes start to come out. It’s refreshing but still complex. Although this is specifically designed for our house cold brew, it is terrific prepared as drip, espresso or pour over.
